With the holidays coming this is a yummy recipe to use for your family special friends It’s a little pricey..but very delicious. I use regular flavored wheat thins for this dip.
      WHAT YOU’LL NEED
      1 can crab meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz Philly Cream Cheese (don’t use low fat it won’t taste good)
      2-3 green onions (chopped)
      1 pkg plain gelatin

In saucepan melt cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese..stir until smooth.
While melting soup & cream cheese together chop green onions and drain crab meat.
When mixture is smooth add green onions and crab meat…mix well.
in a small cup you will take pkg of gelatin and add 2-3 tablespoons HOT water (I usually heat a cup of water in microwave and use this) Stir gelatin well get lumps out…add more water if u think necessary (not too much) as soon as you have it mixed add to rest of ingredients…mix very well. Place in fridge and let set up, it takes a few hours. This dip always tastes better the next day..but don’t keep much longer than 3 days.
HINT for those who are lucky enough to have old jello molds..this sets up nicely in the molds and looks soooo pretty.
I prefer wheat thins with this dip, but your favorite cracker will do..
      ENJOY
p.s. you can also use shrimp but crab is better
