Cookies:
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
4 cups flour
8 tablespoon cocoa
2 teaspoon soda
1-1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoon vanilla

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs.

Sift dry ingredients together and add to sugar and oil, alternating with the milk. Add vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Filling:
1 cup butter
4 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoon milk
4 tablespoon flour
1 box powdered sugar

Cream and spread between cooled cookies.
