super glaze for ham (or leftover ham)… 3/4 cup maple syrup, 1/2 cup orange marmalade, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon ; combine ingredients in small saucepan, cook over medium to low heat, stirring occasionally, until thick and reduced to about 1 cup. doesn’t take long, keep an eye on it… can burn quick if not careful.
